Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold,
all things are become new. 2 Corinthians 5:17
Commentary:
All too often people find themselves obsessing
on things which don't really matter. Things from the past. This passage plainly tells us that once we have given our hearts
to Jesus and have been reborn, that we are a new creation. We don't need to dwell on what the Lord has thrown into the sea
of forgetfullness. We instead need to spend our time in prayer and praise and thanksgiving.
